The NFC is a civic platform powered by Nigerians at
home and in the diaspora.
We are non-partisan, people-driven, and radically committed to building a country where leadership is earned not inherited, bought, or imposed. We exist to back credible, detribalized leaders across Nigeria who embody competence, integrity, and vision. Through our work, we shift Nigeria's political culture from one of performance to one of results.
Our Mission
To identify, support, and amplify leaders committed to people-centred governance and to build a new political consciousness rooted in truth, unity, and national interest.

We identify
We scout leaders with deep leadership across Nigeria, people with integrity, capacity, and real plans for their communities.
We train & educate
We run an emerging candidates accelerator, providing tools, training, and network to help emerging leaders be successful, build their campaigns, and mobilise.
Successful beginning to build communities around their ideas and translate these to policies, we connect leaders with the groups and networks we have across Nigeria that can help them build the best coalition for success.
We collaborate
We work with Nigerians because they are Nigeria's future. From current, business, grassroots movements and individual bureaucrats, we're shaping the next generation of difference.
We fund
We raise and deploy resources directly to back serious campaigns and grassroots efforts.
We shape
We shift the narrative using media, digital tools, and storytelling to promote issue-based politics and counter disinformation.
